Taster morning
September 7th
Research and experience show that spending time outdoors can help reduce stress, anxiety, and feelings of isolation, while improving mood, confidence, resilience, and overall wellbeing. At Healing Hills, we combine the calming effects of nature with the therapeutic benefits of interacting with animals, creative activities, conservation, and gentle farm experiences to create an environment where people can slow down, feel safe, and reconnect with themselves and others.
During your visit, you will explore our working organic farm, meet our animals, discover our beaver conservation project, and learn how our nature-based approach complements traditional health and wellbeing services. You will also have the opportunity to meet our team, ask questions, and see how Healing Hills supports children, adults, families, people with SEND, disabilities, neurodivergence, and those experiencing mental health challenges, loneliness, or difficult life circumstances.
Come and discover how the simple act of spending time in nature can make a profound difference to people's lives—and why nature is one of the most powerful tools we have for promoting health, wellbeing, recovery, and hope.
